02 · Decode

Bring facial analysis and treatment history together, with reviewed microbiome insights adding biological context when available.

03 · Plan — the doctor decides

The physician adjusts a proposed 3, 6 or 12-month journey from the clinic’s catalogue and releases it. Nothing reaches the client before Release.

04 · Live it — from Day 0

The released plan, first actions and daily routine are available immediately. Goals and budget inform the discussion; booking helps coordinate session timing.

05 · Treat precisely

The physician records the treatment plan and products. Face-map documentation supports their work; recorded product codes and prices support invoice preparation.

06 · Unlock and review

Around Day 14, available and reviewed lab results add the microbiome tier. Around Month 3, new photos and a repeat swab help the physician and client review progress and agree the next phase.

Named, timed change records and one-point disagreement flags support review. Configurable rule-based flags highlight retinoid use for clinician review and are re-checked when the plan changes.
