Rule-based flags and the surgery path
A configurable retinoid-use rule can flag laser and light sessions for clinician review, re-checked when the plan changes.
A face map records the physician’s injection plan, products and codes. The platform prepares invoices from recorded products and prices. Quotations, consents and operation documents can be combined for email or WhatsApp delivery, with sends logged. Your judgment stays yours; the system records it.

The client starts the released plan while the lab processes the swab. Routine and photo data enrich the profile alongside the laboratory result. The three-month re-test supports a review, including inside longer journeys.
For the practice manager — connected operations
iPad intake is autosaved per screen into the CRM. App bookings connect to the clinic calendar and help coordinate session timing. Recorded product codes and prices support invoice preparation.
Quotations, consents and operation documents can be combined, with sends logged. Before a pilot, we settle calendar and CRM integration with your team rather than assuming every system is already connected.

Is Glacies a medical device?
Glacies Biome is advisory and indicative and is not a medical device. Your physician makes every treatment decision.
Where is data hosted?
In Switzerland and the EU. Request the applicable data-handling documentation for your clinic.
How long does the lab result take?
About two weeks. The physician-released plan starts on Day 0; the microbiome tier is added when the result is available and reviewed.
Does it replace imaging?
No. Photos and sampled-site bacterial data are complementary; neither explains every cause alone.
What does onboarding involve?
Swab-collection training, kits, catalogue and price configuration, and agreement on calendar and CRM integration before the pilot.
What does the client see?
Their released journey, routine, bookings, reviewed Skin Index context and support between visits. Review checkpoints help agree the next phase.
